1. Digital File Delivery

All products in our store are digital files. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a download link to your purchased files. This process typically takes just a few minutes but may vary depending on the payment method used.

2. Email Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you will receive two emails:

  1. Order Confirmation Email: This email confirms that we have received your order and payment.

  2. Download Link Email: This email contains the link(s) to download your digital product(s).

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see these emails in your inbox.

3. Accessing Your Downloads

You can also access your digital downloads by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the "My Orders" section. Here, you will find all your past orders along with download links for any digital products you have purchased.

4. Download Issues

If you encounter any issues with downloading your files, please try the following steps:

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

  • Try accessing the download link from a different browser or device.

  • Disable any pop-up blockers or firewalls that might be preventing the download.

5. Download Limits

To prevent unauthorized distribution, some of our digital products may have a download limit (e.g., a maximum number of downloads or a limited time frame to download). Please make sure to download and back up your files promptly after purchase.


6. Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our digital files (non-tangible digital files), we do not offer any refunds on any purchases. Once you download a digital file, it has been purchased. However, we do want to work with you to solve any issues you may have with duplicate purchases and/or cutting machine challenges. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and experience here at March Design Studio.  Just Contact Us and we’ll work with you!

7. Updates and Re-downloads

We occasionally update our digital products to improve functionality or add new features. If you have purchased a product that has been updated, you will receive an email notification with a new download link. Alternatively, you can access the updated file from your account on our website.
